200,000 Square Feet
The Yale University Art Gallery project included major renovations, improvements and additions to a 150 year old, four-story historical landmark. The project encompassed 200,000 square feet and included the scanning of existing As-Built conditions and integration into BIM Design, extensive upgrades to existing MEP/FP and structural. The project transformed the Gallery space, increasing the exhibition space from 40,266 sq.ft. to 64,375 sq.ft.
Virtual Building Logistics collaborated with Dimeo Construction on the project, providing full BIM services, MEP modeling, VDC integration and design assist management.
